Have you ever stood in the middle of a cluttered room and felt like the chaos around you mirrored the chaos inside of you?

A few years ago, I hit that point. It was early spring, and while everything outside was blooming with fresh life, I felt stuck—overwhelmed, scattered, and completely out of sync. My planner was overfilled with commitments I wasn’t excited about. My home had piles of “I’ll get to it later” clutter. And my soul? My soul felt heavy.

That’s when I realized:
✨ I didn’t need a vacation.
✨ I didn’t need to hustle harder.
✨ I needed a reset.

And maybe… you do too.

Whether it’s your calendar, your kitchen counter, or your calling that feels crowded, now is the perfect time for a Spring Reset. Not just in your home, but in your heart and habits too.

So let’s do a little soul-deep spring cleaning together.

🌿 4 Steps to Spring Clean Your Life

1. Clear the Physical Clutter

Start with what you can see. When our environments are overflowing with stuff, it silently adds stress.
✅ Tidy up your work space.
✅ Clean out your planner, purse, and/or car.
✅ Donate what no longer serves your life or your purpose.

Make room in your surroundings so your soul can breathe.

2. Detox Your Thoughts

Just like we clear out closets, we need to clear out our mental junk too.

  • What lies have you been believing?
  • What “shoulds” or self-criticism have been weighing you down?

Write them down. Speak truth over them. Replace the lies with God’s promises.
You are not behind. You are becoming.

3. Simplify Your Schedule

Look at your calendar—what are you doing out of obligation, not alignment?
Where can you say no so you can say a better yes?

One of the tools I use (and teach!) is the iBloom Planner, not just to track time—but to create a rhythm that reflects my purpose.

Ask yourself: Is my schedule supporting the life I want to live… or just keeping me busy?

4. Make Space for What Matters

Now that you’ve cleared the clutter, what do you want more of in this season?
Joy? Connection? Health? Time with God?
Be intentional about building those things in.
Put them on the calendar. Make them your new non-negotiables.

You don’t need to wait until summer… or the next new year… or “when life slows down.”

You were made to live intentionally. You were made to bloom.

Let this be your season of renewal.
