Welcome to iBloom.us. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by iBloom, LLC (“iBloom,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) located at https://ibloom.us (the “Site”). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Site or purchasing our products and services.
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site.
1. About iBloom
iBloom, LLC is a faith-based personal development company equipping Christian women to live intentionally and purposefully. Through our Site, we offer physical and digital products, virtual and in-person events, membership programs, and coaching services including:
- The iBloom Planner
- The Dreamer Community
- Virtual Retreats
- Coaching and Mastermind Programs
- Free resources and downloads
- Affiliate opportunities
Our services are designed for women 18 years of age or older.
2. Payment Terms
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal for all transactions. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. You agree to provide accurate payment information and to pay all charges incurred by you or your credit card or other payment method.
3. Shipping Policy
We ship physical products like the iBloom Planner within the United States. Shipping times vary and estimated delivery details will be provided at checkout. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
4. Refund Policy
iBloom Planner Returns: You may return your planner within 30 days of receiving it, provided it is in its original, unused condition. This includes no writing, markings, or damage. Returns should be mailed to:

Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus a $25 restocking fee. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Other Products & Services: Digital downloads, membership fees, and coaching programs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific offer.
5. Cancellation Policy
Dreamer Community: Membership may be canceled at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted via email to info@ibloom.us at least 7 days before the renewal date.
6. Affiliate Disclaimer
Some of the links on our Site may be affiliate links. If you purchase a product through an affiliate link, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. We only promote products we genuinely use and believe in.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—including but not limited to written text, graphics, logos, audio, video, and downloadable materials—is the property of iBloom, LLC and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
