What matters most to you?
It’s a simple question—but when was the last time you paused long enough to answer it with honesty and intention?
For many women, life moves so quickly that we find ourselves swept up in to-do lists, responsibilities, and the constant demands of others. Days blur into weeks, and before we know it, we’re living on autopilot—reacting instead of living with intention.
But here’s the truth:
You get one life. And you were created to live it on purpose.
Not perfectly.
Not without mess or mistakes.
But aligned with what matters most—your values, your faith, your people, your purpose.
So how do we do that?
Let’s break it down into 4 intentional steps:
1. Get Clear on What Matters Most
Before you can build a life of alignment, you have to define what aligned even looks like.
Grab your journal or planner and ask:
- What do I value most?
- Who are the people I want to prioritize?
- What legacy do I want to leave?
- Where is God calling me to grow?
This is the foundation. It’s your true north—and without it, it’s easy to say yes to things that aren’t meant for you.
When you know what matters most, you can make decisions that reflect that truth—even in the small things.
2. Reflect on What’s Currently Taking Up Space
Now, take an honest inventory of how you’re spending your time, energy, and attention.
- What fills your calendar?
- What’s draining your joy?
- Where are you overcommitted or misaligned?
This isn’t about shame—it’s about awareness. Awareness gives you the power to make small, intentional shifts that create lasting change.
3. Align Your Actions with Your Intentions
This is where the shift happens.
- Want more quality time with your family? Protect your evenings.
- Want to grow spiritually? Schedule time to be in God’s Word before the day takes over.
- Want to make progress on a dream? Block out 15 minutes a day.
Your calendar is one of the clearest indicators of what you truly value.
Let it reflect the life you’re intentionally building—not just the life you’re defaulting into.
Need help aligning your days with your priorities? The iBloom Planner is designed for exactly that.
4. Revisit + Realign Regularly
Life has seasons—and what matters most in one season might shift in the next.
That’s why it’s so important to build in regular reflection rhythms. At iBloom, we encourage:
- Weekly check-ins (How did I do this week? What needs adjusting?)
- Monthly reflections (What’s working? What needs to change?)
- Quarterly resets (Is my life still aligned with my vision?)
And if you’re reading this mid-year, you’re right on time for our Mid-Year Reset Retreat—an intentional space to reflect, refocus, and realign your life with what matters most. [Learn more here.]
You Were Created for a Life of Purpose
It’s not about having a perfectly balanced life.
It’s about having a purpose-aligned one.
The kind of life where what you value shows up in how you live.
The kind of life that leaves a legacy.
The kind of life that reflects the heart of the woman God created you to be.
And that kind of life?
It starts with one small, faithful step of intention.
