Thanks Kelly! This is a question that I need to ask myself throughout the year, if I want to reach my 2017 goal. It is a move toward being more discipline – an area I struggle with in being consistent with my business goals.

Wow!! I love, love, love this!!! I have written it on an index card and am trying to decide where to post it for me to see on a regular basis. Great idea!!

Such a great reminder…thank you! Prayers for you on your “Whole 30” plan, exercise and self-care goals. I love it all!

As I listened to this, these questions came to mind:
Does this action or inaction move me toward or away from my goal/goals?
Does this decision or indecision push me closer to or further from my goal/goals?
Another phrase that helps to motivate me when I feel resistant to doing a task, is the phrase “I get to”! I get to do the dishes and warm my cold hands! I get to do the dishes because we have food to eat & plates to dirty…
I have to give Michael Hyatt & his blog credit for the “I get to” statement.
Thanks for this Kelly! What a blessing you are 🙂

Great advice, Kelly! I have posted this to my desk and refer to it as I start my business. Many thanks!
