Introducing Sophie Grace Gore!

Guess what?!  I finally get to introduce you to my Sophie Grace!  Sophie was born on Tuesday, October 4th – 21 in long and weighing 8 1/2lbs.  She is just perfect and such an incredible gift from God.  Thanks to my AMAZING husband, our Bradley teacher (Deb), and an incredible nurse (Annalisa), I was able to make my goal of having a natural birth a reality!  I must say that was the HARDEST I’ve ever worked to see a goal come to fruition, but it was completely worth it!

I was told since I was 12-years-old that it would be unlikely that I could ever conceive a child biologically.  After each doctor’s appointment, my doctor would always end with, “but, all things are possible with God.”  Well, God clearly made it possible!  Since I was a little girl, my dream has been to be a wife and mom.  I waited, prayed, and intentionally prepared to be a wife for over 14 years.  God allowed the dream of becoming a wife to come to fruition on December 18th, 2010 when I married the most AMAZING man, Jon Gore.  Little did I know that God was working another miracle.  Yes, if you do the math, then you’ll realize that Sophie was conceived on our honeymoon.  So, I now sit here completely in awe of God and His incredible miracles in my life.

If you’re waiting on a miracle of your own.  Don’t lose hope!  God is clearly still in the miracle business.  Keep waiting, praying, intentionally preparing, and believing for God’s perfect plan in your life.  I assure you, even when it doesn’t seem possible, God is working out every itty bitty detail.  He has YOUR best interest in mind!  Trust Him!
