Part 4: How to Plan for a Successful Year

We’re continuing our training to teach you how to maximize the iBloom Planner.

Part 1: How to Plan for a Successful Month- you can find it here.

Part 2: How to Plan for a Successful Week- you can find it here.

Part 3: How to Plan for a Successful Day – you can find it here.

Today is Part #4 and we’re discussing the importance of having a plan for a successful year or a Success Strategy. This is the tool that will make planning your month, week, and day sooo much easier because you’ll know exactly where you want to go. This Success Strategy section isn’t included in the Free Week of the iBloom Planner, but it is in the full version {spiral-bound & printable} of the iBloom Planner.

What is a Success Strategy?

A success strategy is a life and business plan for your year. It’s not one of those plans that you create and tuck away in a drawer never to be seen again. Instead, it’s the tool that you use as you set your monthly, weekly, and even daily goals. (And, it’s completely applicable even if you don’t have a business.)

Your success strategy should include your vision {this is what success means for you}, your priorities {those things that matter most}, personal life goals, vision for your business, income goals, projects, and an action plan for making all of those things a reality.

This is the tool that will keep you FOCUSED and working toward your life and business goals. And, the BEST part is – the Success Strategy template is in the iBloom Planner. Then, you use the monthly, weekly, and daily tools in the planner to make your Success Strategy a reality.

How to Create Your Success Strategy

The first step to creating a Success Strategy is to get really clear about your life & business vision for the next year. In other words, on New Year’s Eve when you begin to reflect on the year, what do you want to be celebrating? Once you’ve clearly identified your vision, then everything else builds from there with the goal of making your vision a reality.

The “My Plan” section of the iBloom Planner is where you’ll find the Success Strategy templates, as well as places to track the books you want to read, events/trainings you want to participate in, and space for creating your vision board. Everything is in one place, so you can remind yourself daily of the plan you’re working toward.

Once you’ve created your Success Strategy, you’ll use it often. Your Success Strategy is what will keep you focused on your goals, so that you aren’t distracted by bright shiny distractions and opportunities. You’ll use your Success Strategy to successfully plan your month, week, and day.

Join us for this year’s Virtual Retreat!

Two days (Thursday, 12/5 & Friday, 12/6) to unplug, invest in yourself, dream big with God, and create your action plan for 2020.

Your ticket includes the live sessions, downloadable workbook, and recordings. So, if you can’t join us for the LIVE sessions, you could schedule your own person retreat to go through the content.

This retreat changed the trajectory of my life 4 years ago and continues to amaze me. The Holy Spirit uses your questions, teachings and worksheets to help me clarify my real goals and desires, often pointing me in a direction I hadn’t considered. I come away with a real plan that I “get to” implement over the next 12 months. I love it! And I love seeing how far I’ve come in the past year. Thank you again! Can’t wait to jump into my new year! Highly recommend. – Amy

Do you have anyone who uses your planner that is not using it for a business? I love the concept, but am wondering how effective or useful it would be for a stay at home mom with a house full of teenagers and who is actively involved in ministry in her church.
